Our History

M. Schiketanz Real Estate was founded by Margaret Schiketanz (now deceased) in 1953. Our office operated from the same premises at 189 King Street East, Kitchener Ontario N2G 2K8 for 68 years and have since moved to our current office at 582 Frederick St. Kitchener.
We have built this business on superior service using fair and honest practices. We will treat you with respect and do everything we can to make your tenancy comfortable.
